I'm actually very curious why Goons have decided that empire is the "next big thing". a) Are they cascading and need new stimulus to stem an exodus? b) Perhaps BlueNull is quite true and there are no more goodfights to be had? c) Perhaps it's just that Mittens hasn't got the balls to take on real enemies and his sheep are hungry? Being head of the (2nd) largest alliance in Eve and a self-confessed meglaegomaniac should be quite disturbing to Eve players. It ensures that even if only half his sheep don't have enough brains for singular thought motion, he can rely on 3000+ members to act on his behalf. It's the stated reason for the Goons existence. i.e. "Making everyone else's life a misery". I'm more worried that people believe it. The very fact that through his guaranteed position on the CSM and subsequent cheap political shock "I'll make it public" tactics he uses, he is REALLY starting to affect the enjoyment for other people. IMHO. The Mittani and his henchmen are more a threat to Eve's survival than any DRF will ever be. Sure it's a game. But it's my game too. Take an aspirin. If pain persists consult your local priest.
